Growth Opportunities Fund and Balanced Fund

David serves as the Managing Director of Growth Equities and has managed investment portfolios since 1982. He is a Risk Committee member and is responsible for implementation of the Growth Equities strategy. Before joining Tributary Capital Management in April of 1996, David managed investments at the predecessors to Bank One Investment Advisors, Key Trust of the Northwest, and Wells Fargo Denver. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Colorado in 1981 and earned his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 1994. He is a member of the CFA Society and the CFA Institute where he has served on the Council of Examiners, Candidate Curriculum Committee and Captain of an Exam Grading team.
Portfolio Manager
As Managing Director and Portfolio Manager, Kurt develops and implements investment strategy for clients. His responsibilities include management of equity and fixed income portfolios with analyst coverage in the industrials and consumer discretionary sectors. In addition, he is part of the team that manages the First Focus Balanced and Growth Opportunities Funds. Kurt's background includes over twenty years of experience in fixed income, and international and U.S. equities. Previously, he was Head of International Equities for the Principal Financial Group as well as president of his own asset management firm.
Kurt earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Iowa State University and Masters of Business Administration from Drake University. He achieved the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst in 1994 and is a member of the CFA Society of Colorado. Kurt has been a guest on various business news networks, including CNBC, Squawk Box, and theStreet.com.

Chuck serves as a Portfolio Manager and is responsible for analyzing the technology, healthcare and telecom sectors. Chuck has over 18 years of investment management experience serving the majority of that time as a Small and Mid Cap Equity Analyst and Co-Portfolio Manager at Security Benefit Group in Topeka, Kansas and as an Asset Allocation Portfolio Manager at Koesten Hirschmann & Crabtree in Overland Park, Kansas. He joined Tributary Capital Management in August 2006. Chuck earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from East Texas State University in 1987 and his Masters of Business Administration in 1993 from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas. He earned his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 1997 and is a member of the CFA Institute, DFW Society of Financial Analysts and the National Association of Business Economists.
